Shipping & Delivery
After your payment is verified, it takes 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Be sure to add processing time to your shipping time estimates.
Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to the factors that commonly affect international shipments such as weather delays, holidays and custom inspections, we are unable to guarantee the shipping times. These are the only estimates.

Due to the high volume of the orders that we are receiving, your shipment might take longer than the usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 3-5 weeks, please contact us, and we will issue a refund or resend your order.
Please check the product's page for the delivery time frame of the product. Our fulfillment centers are located in the US, UK and China. This means, sometimes your order might come in different packages at different times to reduce the cost on your end, so that you don't have to pay high taxes to get your items! Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
Also, we put an extremely low price on the package and send it as a gift to prevent custom import duties that are being incurred on your end. As for certain countries, these additional charges are extremely costly.
If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at info@LinkoMondo.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make changes to the order. In that case, you can send the wrong item to the nearest Regional Warehouse, and once received, we can send out a corrected item. Please contact us to find out where is the nearest Regional Warehouse from your country.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order might be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most of the orders will be delivered by your local post service, so that the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card might be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Please note that we provide tracking numbers for each customer. Some orders might be tracked online at Order Tracker, or you might contact info@LinkoMondo.com for further details and more information. It is the customers' responsibility to track down their orders. Kindly contact your local office if the parcel arrived at your destination country.
In the event that the parcels were returned to us, please contact us immediately so we can arrange to send you a replacement.
